Self-help is a $ 44 billion industry.

The ideal customer wants a quick fix without commitment.

It often isn’t quick, but they buy into it anyway.

I called my first book “self-help you’re not embarrassed to buy.”

The more I thought about what I wrote, the more I realized my book was about helping others.

When you help, your reward is better emotional and cognitive outcomes.

Are you doing what you do for the short term or the infinite – like creating a legacy that will last generations?

Treat your job or business as an act of service, not only a way to make money.

You’ll find joy in everything you do.
