I’m not the best artist. I can blame being left-handed or not having “it” whatever “it” is.
Regardless, I draw without fear. It’s my junk. I’m not trying to become the next big name in art.
It serves as a form of brainstorming and problem-solving.
I give myself the authority to experiment because I know I can uncover a valuable concept or unlock something I’ve been tinkering about around business, music, art, or more.
It has led to breakthroughs in design, marketing strategies, and methods to do something better.
Maintaining a culture of experimentation and learning keeps your organization alive.

Junk might not create immediate returns, but it is a valuable tool for fostering creativity and innovation.
