You need to create “junk” to be successful in your field

You need to create “junk” to be successful in your field

I’m not the best artist. I can blame being left-handed or not having “it” whatever “it” is.

Regardless, I draw without fear. It’s my junk. I’m not trying to become the next big name in art.

It serves as a form of brainstorming and problem-solving.

I give myself the authority to experiment because I know I can uncover a valuable concept or unlock something I’ve been tinkering about around business, music, art, or more.

It has led to breakthroughs in design, marketing strategies, and methods to do something better.

Maintaining a culture of experimentation and learning keeps your organization alive.

If you or your colleagues will take risks and try new things, you will have a more adaptive and dynamic team.

Junk might not create immediate returns, but it is a valuable tool for fostering creativity and innovation.

What junk are you going to create today?

I write seven days a week to help business owners and real estate investors:

✅ Accelerate value,

✅ Become better leaders,

✅ Access capital
