- Write down your thoughts before bed
- Goals for tomorrow, what you’re grateful for, long-term goals
- Learn a new skill 30 minutes a day
- Language, coding, writing, wherever you’re looking to grow
- Exercise – One Hour a Day
- Make sure you don’t miss at most two days in a row.
- Sit in Silence – 10 minutes a Day
- Be Present and give your mind a break
- Create a Proper Sleep Schedule
- Improve mental health, reduce stress, improve your mood
- No screens or food two hours before bed
- Walk in nature / around the block – 30 minutes
- Help your brain increase activity and reduce stress
- Read – pick a goal – 10-20-30 pages/day
- Increase your focus, knowledge, and self-confidence
- Drink Water and avoid alcohol
- Hydration is essential for your mind, health, and body recovery
