My CRM, Social, and email campaign manager is in Zoho.
I write a daily morning post in Microsoft Word – plain text, no photos and then use typeshare.co to post on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Medium. Typeshare is easy but the formatting is not good if you like to use bullet points.
In the afternoon, I use Zoho Social to repost on LinkedIn, Google, Facebook.
I also write a weekly newsletter using Canva and use Zoho Campaigns to send it out to about 4,000 people.
I want to setup a single post template since I have WordPress for my website to reduce administration.
I would like to be able to just write and post without worrying about formatting.

I would also like to setup a template for my newsletter and stop using Canva.
Here’s a sample newsletter – Zoho Social does not interface well with Canva. I have to download PNG files and re-set the links separately.
I have about 100-120 posts in Typeshare or Word (whatever is easier for you to download) that I woud like to post onto the website/blog for clients to access.
