2020-2021 were tough years for most business and property owners.

How does it affect you post-COVID when you need capital or plan to sell?

Your industry is important.

If it’s typical and noticeably impacted by COVID, that’s a good place to be.

If you can show the dip and recovery with 24 months of financials, you can get across the finish line.

If you cannot, take the time to look ways to improve your attractiveness and readiness.

These can include creating:

  • Well-thought-out forecasts
  • Certainty in budgeting
  • Recurring revenue opportunities, where possible.
  • Better synergies for a strategic buyer
