Clean out your fridge

Clean out your fridge

February 10, 2023
-
Posted by Marcelo Bermudez

Sunday is “Clean Out the Fridge Day” in our home.

The would-be leftovers that one of us said, “No. Save it. I’ll eat it.” Gets thrown out.

It’s also “Plan for the Week” Day in my home office.

The items that didn’t get done are delegated or dropped (because they were not important).

Items that are important and urgent become “Do’s” and scheduled and blocked on the calendar.

Important and not urgent? Plan (like research or meeting with a prospect)

This ensures the week doesn’t get overwhelming and you know what to do each day.

It also creates an objective metric of accomplishment.

Have a great week!
