I swam my best laps

I swam my best laps

Posted by Marcelo Bermudez

I swam my best laps from a consistency perspective today.

I stopped less in between turns.

My breathing, although still a challenge, is more rhythmic than before.

I am having fun even though it is a challenging exercise.

To continue improving, I come to the pool with specific goals and drills to make them happen.

I am left-handed and notice the uneven way I pull on the water during each stroke.

I can choose a sculling drill to work on hand control in the water or swim with “fists” to control my forearms better.

Business is no different.

There is always room for improvement and drills to make it happen.

What do you do well?

What needs improvement?

How can you improve?

Drop it in the comments.
