Sometimes the worst thing to happen isn’t so bad.

Posted by Marcelo Bermudez

The storm of inflation and increasing interest rates will force businesses and real estate projects with unmanageable capital structures to face the music.

Either a capital call or bankruptcy.

This is capitalism. Full contact. No bailouts. Allowed to fail.

The great thing about storms is that they expand your capacity to endure.

You become more creative, turn every stone, and become a better negotiator.

It can be a stressful, but joyful time.

You get to the end and a new beginning simultaneously.

You will be a better person, with a stronger sense of perseverance.

Initiate the solutions to storms now. Don’t wait for somebody else.

Storms will stretch your mind and increase your ability to solve problems.

See the potential in the resources around you and ask for help.
