Infinite Relationship with Money & Wealth: Part 2 of 2

Infinite Relationship with Money & Wealth: Part 2 of 2

Posted by Marcelo Bermudez

My relationship with money changed when I released tens of tons of personal baggage.

It allowed me to feel worthy of being a spouse and self.

The future was no longer nebulous.

There were real scenarios to consider now, especially with three kids I would adopt.

As a business owner and new father, I began to keep the end in mind.

I wanted to ensure they grew up with a healthy relationship around wealth and money.

I speak revenue, not wages to them.

I share my business pipeline with them. We talk about the various challenges business and property owners face.

They come to client meetings with me.

We celebrate together when I close a deal.

We talk about our next set of goals, not the commas in the wire transfer.

We have a “no question is a dumb question” policy. I have had some of the most memorable conversations with my family.

They know they can be vulnerable.

My view has become infinite versus the next 40-50 years.

I’m thinking about the generations of family members I can affect with a good attitude and excellent relationship with money and wealth.

This helps to ensure the future will have no self-imposed limitations.

This is exit planning.

What else do you want know? Drop it in the comments!
