Marcelo Bermudez
Marcelo is a graduate of the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business & Lusk Center Ross Program in Real Estate. He has three decades of business, commercial real estate, finance and management experience working with investors, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals, family offices and lower middle market companies across multiple industries.
He is a Strategist and Mediator to help business owners create a strategy that maximizes their business, personal and financial goals, and build consensus in difficult situations.
He was President and National Board Member of the USC Marshall School of Business Alumni Association and is active in community teaching financial literacy, fatherhood empowerment, and pre‐marrieds. He and his wife, Lizbett, help single mothers needing housing & mentoring. He is a recipient of the Fulfillment Fund’s Sherak Inspiration Award and University of Southern California’s Widney Alumni House Award for excellence & community.
Marcelo is a Ventura County Leadership Academy alumni where he dedicates himself to broadening awareness of critical issues in business, social services, education, government, infrastructure, water, agriculture, housing and transportation in the region.
In addition to writing long-form articles on business and commercial real estate, he is an author and amateur photographer.
